A hat to protect your head from the sun and sunglasses so you aren't squinting all day. You may want moisturising lotion if you plan on spending anytime in the pool.
On the other spectrum bring some dollar rain ponchos with you. It rains nearly every day in Florida, usually not that long, but when it does rain it pours.
